2025

The 2025 season was an extremely disappointing one for me. I started the year by making JVC as a sophomore, the same team I had played on as a freshman. I struggled at the plate, but I pitched well and was named the team's Golden Arm. I also got the opportunity to play in a few JV games near the end of the season. Even with those positives, the high-school season did not go the way I had hoped.

During the club season, I hit over .400 but still did not get many opportunities to play. By that point, it was clear that I was falling behind physically as other players continued getting bigger and stronger. Losing playing time despite performing well was frustrating, and the season made it clear that I needed to keep working so I would be ready to take advantage of the growth spurt that was finally beginning.
